1. A couple of years ago I bought 60x60 white porcelain stoneware tiles for my house. At the time of buying I was told that they were second-rate tiles with several defects. Up to now I have found several issues: they have darkened, blackened, and despite cleaning them I cannot get them to shine again. Is there a way to do this?

6. I need to change my kitchen tiles, combining the new ones with existing ones. I was very impressed with a type of 6.5mm enamelled porcelain stoneware tile with the following features: 33x33 in size, red colour, brick effect, matt surface, smooth edge, 3 PEI wear resistance, anti-frost, class 5 stain resitance, R10 anti-slip, 7 hardness. Do you think it's a good tile? Is it suitable for the kind of environment I need it for?

I can not keep the floor clean: it stays stained, with marks and fingerprints. I thought I had made a good purchase, what can I do?

8. I have had Marazzi Cult beige flooring for less than a year, but it was ruined during installation. To remove the adhesive residues left over from the laying process, they actually used muriatic acid, which left dark spots on the surface. If I polish it, can I fix this problem?

9. In anticipation of moving house, I would like to know if the faux parquet porcelain stoneware has to be laid with joints (and if yes how many mms) or not, because I've read that even if you adjusted the profile, being a newly built house, with the settling of the house I could be risking it lifting.

16.Whilst laying 15x90 wood effect Marazzi porcelain stoneware tiles which were only just purchased, the tiler noticed that all the tiles were slightly curved, so higher in the centre and lower at the edges. He tried to resolve the problem by putting more adhesive into the centre, attributing the "anomaly" to a manufacturing mistake. How is this possible? Were they second-rate products, or have they lost their shape in storage?
