For the second time now, we have had tiles delivered directly home, near Rostock: all things worked perfectly and without any complications. The goods arrived on time and in perfect condition (2 pallets). We will definitely use this service more often.

The entire process was uncomplicated and quick. At first I was skeptical about ordering tiles directly from Italy, but my worries were unfounded. The support was in German and was very friendly and courteous. Thank you Mrs Baldan! I ordered three tiles in oversize - 120 x 240 cm; these were delivered in a wooden box and securely packed by a forwarding agent. No damage, blemishes or scratches, the tiles are perfect. Even the shipping is fair in terms of price; if I had ordered from a German retailer - it would have been almost twice as expensive. Clear recommendation!
