To this end, we specify the following: it is possible that the Consumer has purchased and wishes to return goods that, due to their size and weight, can normally be returned by post. However, it is possible that the size and / or weight of the goods that the Consumer wants to return are such as to prevent this method of return; in this case, we suggest that the Consumer contact a carrier in advance, as it is absolutely impossible for us to estimate the cost of transport in such conditions. To avoid damage to the product and the original packaging, the latter must be covered with additional protective packaging to preserve the integrity of the goods during transport.

The Customer is however required to report the presence of obvious defects in the goods within the terms of the law, and in any case before proceeding with the installation of the products.
